This beautiful hilltop home offers stunning panoramic city and mountain views on a 1.2-acre lot. The outdoor space features a pool, hot tub, and various living areas for relaxation. The rustic, single-story home has vaulted ceilings and large windows in the spacious living room, providing breathtaking views. The lush, green landscape surrounding the property offers privacy and tranquility. There’s also ample parking space for large vehicles. The home includes HDTV, high-speed WiFi, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining area that seats 10, plus additional seating at the bar. It’s a perfect spot for family vacations, with a crib and stroller available for guests with little ones.

The space

The home has 5 bedrooms. One is set up as an HDTV room but can be converted into a bedroom with a mattress topper when needed. Two of the rooms are “tandem,” meaning you need to walk through one to get to the other. The two bathrooms are accessible from the main areas and are not attached to any specific bedroom.

The house can comfortably sleep 10 guests with two people per bed. For additional guests, we provide the mattress topper in the HDTV room (which can sleep 2), and there are large sofas available for two more people. A crib is also available for families.

We have HDTVs in the living room and kitchen, both connected to the internet for apps like Netflix and YouTube, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and music during your stay. The artwork in the home is all original, painted by the owner, adding a personal touch to the space.

Guest access

You will have full access to the entire house and outdoor areas. The only area off-limits is the garage, which is a detached space and may occasionally be used by the owner or a worker. There’s plenty of parking in the driveway, which can easily fit 4 large vehicles.

Other things to note

For security purposes, guests are required to submit a copy of their driver’s license or government-issued ID, as well as vehicle information (license plate, make, model, and year) before check-in. This information will remain confidential and will not be shared.

Please note that smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house, including cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, or marijuana. The property is located in a high fire hazard zone, so smoking outside is also prohibited due to local ordinances.

The swimming pool is not heated, but if you’d like it heated during your stay, there is a $150 per day fee to maintain the temperature. You must request pool heating at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes around 12 hours to heat the pool. If you choose to heat the pool, the hot tub is included at no additional cost. The hot tub takes about 30 minutes to heat in the summer and about 45 minutes in the winter. Please note that both the pool and hot tub are off-limits after 10 PM, in accordance with local laws.
